A contemporary, community based rites of passage process, to empower the young and old with an authentic sense of self and a positive place within community.
We aim to be inclusive of all genders and encourage anyone to contact us and we can discuss if it can work for you.
We carry an awareness of the needs of those that may seek a Queer Rite of Passage. We are currently unable to offer this option but continue to build our capacity, knowledge and experience in this direction.
Valuing the wellbeing of young people is what motivates this community-based group. We hold nature-connected contemporary rite-of-passage gatherings on Djaara country, responding to the needs of teens and adults who feel the call to come.
We believe that humans have a personal and collective purpose that when valued makes us truly helpful to life. The events we offer support a remembering of the connection to ourselves, our community and the living world around us, nourishing the foundations for our sense of belonging.
Ceremonial rites of passage offer a process for revealing, recognising, and honouring our unique gifts. We come together to share and celebrate life thresholds, supported by the village around us.
Currently our programs include Boys/Men, adult men and Girls/Women rites of passage. We welcome conversation with those who may identify otherwise, in a whole hearted desire to meet everyone’s needs.
